Welcome to Gradience Academy, a unique Watch & Learn experience held inside the fast-paced Gradience Barber Shop in Bradford, Ontario.

This 4-week program is built for aspiring barbers who want to see real techniques, real clients, and real results in a professional setting. You’ll observe Rafid Yousef along with three other skilled Gradience barbers at work, gaining practical knowledge and insight you won’t find in a classroom.

Meet Your Instructor: Rafid Yousif

With years of experience and a reputation for clean, detailed work, Rafid Yousef brings both skill and mentorship to the chair. Throughout the program, you’ll learn directly from Rafid as he breaks down his techniques, thought process, and approach to client service in a real barbershop setting. His hands-on teaching style makes every cut a learning opportunity.

In addition to Rafid’s guidance, you’ll also gain valuable insight from three other Gradience barbers, each with their own signature style, approach to fading, and unique take on barber culture. This mix of perspectives gives you a well-rounded foundation and helps you develop your own personal technique. It’s more than just watching, it’s an inside look at what it takes to succeed behind the chair.
